ZTTFIBER offers a range of outdoor fiber optic cable assembly solutions for FTTH deployments, including OptiTapX to OptiTapX, OptiTapX to stub, and ROC Drop assemblies with FastAccessX Technology. All products follow Corning’s original design standards with factory-terminated, environmentally sealed, and hardened waterproof connectors to ensure plug-and-play installation. The gel-filled or FastAccessX jacket designs provide superior moisture resistance and high mechanical durability. These assemblies are suitable for aerial, duct, or direct-buried installations, making them ideal for FTTH, data centers, enterprise networks, and various outdoor fiber access applications.
● Fiber Type: Single-mode (OS2), compliant with ITU-T G.652.D standard, suitable for long-distance and high-bandwidth transmission.
● Connector Type: SC OptiTapX connectors on both ends; typical insertion loss ≤ 0.15 dB, return loss ≥ 65 dB, ensuring stable signal performance.
● Cable Structure: SST-Drop media with gel-filled construction for excellent water and moisture resistance, ideal for harsh environments.
● Mechanical Strength: Connector pull strength up to 100 lbs (approx. 444.82 N), ensuring integrity during installation.
● Temperature Range: Operating temperature from -40°C to 70°C, suitable for various climate conditions.
● Certifications: RoHS compliant (2011/65/EU) and tested to Telcordia GR-3120 standards, ensuring product quality and environmental compliance.
